Delivery and Return Policies
We will endeavour to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. Please note orders placed after 2pm (GMT/BST) on Fridays will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday.
During busy sale periods, orders may require up to 2 additional business days to be dispatched.
- Please note that orders will only be processed once payment is cleared. We securely accept PayPal Checkout, Visa, Mastercard and Amex via Stripe. For further assistance, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You will receive a confirmation email from us once your order is placed.
- For personalisation and custom order, due to the nature of our handmade creations, it can take from 5 to 14 business days to be ready to dispatch. We will communicate with you separately via email regarding your order completion and specific delivery time.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME & COST
We currently offer Complimentary Standard Delivery for all UK & EU orders:
- UK Standard Delivery is estimated between 3-5 business days. UK Express Delivery (1-2 business days) of £8.95 is also available for your choice.
- EU Standard Delivery is estimated between 1-2 weeks. EU Express Delivery (3-7 business days) of £27 is also available for your choice.
Rest of the World orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive. We offer free delivery for international orders of £199 and above. International Standard Delivery of £24 will be applied for all orders below this amount. International Express Delivery (7-12 business days) of £37 is also available for your choice.
All orders are sent by carefully selected carriers, are fully insured in transit, and require a signature upon delivery. We are therefore unable to deliver to PO boxes.
The majority of our jewellery creations are delivered directly from private studios of our independent designers and artisans in the UK, Europe and coastal Australia. If you are in the UK, please allow 3-8 additional business days if your specific orders are shipped from outside the UK. Please rest assure all orders are tracked and we will always keep you updated on the status of your orders with us.
*Christmas & New Year: To ensure your orders arrive in time, please note our last order date to receive your items before Christmas is 16th to 20th December depending on the nature of each item. Please contact us at email@example.com for further assistance. All orders during the holiday time will be processed and dispatched on 3rd January.
**Customs, import taxes and duties charges are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot be held liable for delays due to customs.
